Warranty Policy
At TVOUTLET.CA, all products are professionally inspected and tested prior to sale. Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the terms outlined below.
🛡️ Standard Warranty (1-Year Included)
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all televisions include a limited 1-year warranty at no additional cost.
If a product is determined, at TVOUTLET.CA’s sole discretion, to be defective due to workmanship or materials during the warranty period, TVOUTLET.CA will first attempt to repair the product.
If repair is determined to be not feasible or not economically reasonable, TVOUTLET.CA may, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement with the same model (subject to availability)

Replacement with a comparable model

Refund or store credit up to the original purchase price
The selected remedy shall be considered full and final resolution of the warranty claim.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

Water or liquid damage

Damage caused by power surges or external electrical issues

Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
Any shipping-related damage must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for shipping-related claims.

All products are sold “as is” and all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Open-box and refurbished products may contain cosmetic imperfections that do not impact functionality.

Returns requested without verified defect or warranty approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, where permitted by law.
🔧 Extended Warranty Plans
Extended warranty plans are optional and provide coverage beyond the included 1-year limited warranty, subject to the specific terms of the selected plan.
Extended warranty coverage may include repair or replacement. If repair is not feasible or the original model is unavailable, TVOUTLET.CA may, at its discretion, provide:

Store credit or refund up to the covered value
Extended warranty benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
