We stand behind our products. Our merchandise is rigorously tested at refurbishing facilities to ensure that customers receive high quality items. Unless specified, all products sold by TVOUTLET.CA come with specific warranty periods depending on different products. Most of our items typically carry a 90-days warranty with the option to purchase extended warranty for 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years.

Within 90 days of your purchase date, if consumers receive a defective product TVOUTLET.CA will provide either a replacement, exchange, or full refund by consumer’s choice. Please Note: physical damage and/or water damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Customers must notify TVOUTLET.CA of shipping damage within 2 weeks of receiving the item to qualify for shipping damage coverage.

All transactions are final sale, no exchange or refund. All items are sold "as is". Customer must understand that some products purchased from TVOUTLET.CA may exhibit some cosmetic scratches.

TVOUTLET.CA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if products are returned without proof of defects within 14 days.

ALL OUR TV COMES WITH 90 DAYS WARRANTY. Within the warranty period specified, TVOUTLET.CA reserves the right to either repair or replace the product.If a replacement is deemed necessary by our technicians, every attempt will be made to do so with the same exact model as was purchased. If an exact replacement is not available, a suitable alternative model/in-store credit will be selected/issued by TVOUTLET.CA
